The LALERI Food Festival Expands to a Three-Day Culinary Celebration!

Hello, my dear food lovers!

I'm incredibly happy to share all the details for the LALERI Food Festival! This celebration is inspired by the very heart of authentic Greek flavor and the incredible local treasures of our land.

As you know, katerinaskouzina.com is dedicated to authentic cuisine, pure ingredients, and promoting local identity. This passion is coming to life in a grand, three-day festival focusing on the stunning region of Poros, Troizinia, and Methana.

Our central inspiration? The powerful blend of Ladolemono with Rigani (Oil-Lemon Dressing with Oregano)! This explosive mix is born from the famous lemons of the Lemon Forest, the exceptional Troizinia olive oil, and the unique Methana oregano.

A chocolate for Valentine's Day at Odyssey

This year we are not going to give you a recipe for making your own chocolate. We have done that in the past and you can find them valentine - chocolate - feta - balls and chocolates and greek valentine chocolates. We will give you the chance to come and get a chocolate from Galatas (and Poros) for a small donation and all the money will go to the Poros Animal Welfare Society (Paws). Because at Valentines day we celebrate love! And taking care!
